: Our installation service generally costs $70 to $120 per install, depending on your setup and complexity. This allows us to allocate one of our install experts 1 hour of their time to your installation. If you have a unique setup that requires additional time, we will discuss this with you before starting the work.
: The installation process is dependent on your setup. If you have a hosting platform that has a web-based control panel that allows us to complete the installation, then we will require access to this panel. If you have a server that requires direct access to its GUI, such as Windows IIS, we will request Remote Desktop software.
We will request SSH access to complete the installation for setups such as Apache, CentOS, or Ubuntu that do not have a Web Portal setup. Once the installation is completed, we will delete any logins, passwords and access keys from our systems. We also recommend the use of temporary passwords when possible.
: We don't do any web development work. We will only complete the installation of the SSL Certificate and then do a test to ensure it works on your domain. You may need to edit your website to make sure all pages, content, images and files are loaded via https://
: Generally, we can install it within five business days of receiving the request. This is due to our installation team's availability and the number of requests we get. If you have an urgent installation, such as the current certificate expired, please let us know, and we will see if we can do it earlier.
